About Prisma

Prisma Reviews is a unified reviews API: one REST API to read and reply to the reviews of the businesses and apps you own or manage on Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, the App Store, Google Play and Judge.me, and to read them on Yelp, Tripadvisor and more. It is built by Sopa Lab SL, a company registered in Madrid, Spain.

Why we built a reviews API

Sopa builds review tools for its own clients. Every time we did, we hit the same wall: each platform has its own API, its own access process, its own auth and its own data format. The Google Business Profile API needs an access application, the App Store and Google Play each have their own console and keys, and Trustpilot sells API access as an add-on.

Prisma is the API we built so that work happens once. You connect a business or an app, and its reviews come back in the same JSON as every other platform, with one API key and one way to reply.

What we believe

• Owned data only. Prisma works with businesses and apps you own or manage, through official access or the listing you own. We never read competitors’ reviews and never log into your accounts.
• Public prices. Plans are fixed by connected locations and published on the pricing page: 2 locations free, then plans from €49 a month. No “book a demo”.
• Honest status. Platforms that are still in beta say so, and so do features that are not available yet. Changes to the API go in the changelog.
• Developers first. One API key, one JSON format and docs you can follow without talking to anyone.

Who owns Prisma?

Prisma Reviews is a product of Sopa Lab SL, a company registered in Spain with its registered office in Madrid.

Is Prisma the same company as Sopa?

Yes. Sopa is the trading name of Sopa Lab SL, and Prisma Reviews is the reviews API it builds and operates.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes. Write to hello@prismareviews.com and someone from the team will answer. You don’t need a call to create an account or to use the API.

Where is my data processed?

Prisma is operated from the EU by Sopa Lab SL, under the GDPR. Hosting and subprocessors are listed on the Security page.

Is Prisma affiliated with Google, Apple or Trustpilot?

No. Prisma is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any review platform. It uses each platform’s official access where one exists.
