White label review management for agencies, built on one API
White label review management means your agency sells review monitoring and replies under its own brand, while the data layer runs somewhere else. Prisma is that data layer: one REST API that reads and replies to your clients’ Google, Trustpilot, App Store and Google Play reviews, plus Yelp, Tripadvisor and other platforms read only, with a link to answer each review on the platform. You build the dashboard or report, your logo goes on top, and pricing is public: 2 locations free, then plans from €49 a month.
2 locations free. No card required. No sales call.
The agency problem: 40 clients, several logins each, one monthly report
You promised every client “we look after your reviews”. In practice that means an account manager opening Google Business Profile, Trustpilot and the app stores client by client, copying ratings into a spreadsheet and pasting them into the monthly report.
It works for 5 clients. At 40 it breaks:
- Logins live in personal inboxes and leave when the account manager leaves.
- A 1-star review sits unanswered for a week because nobody opened that profile.
- The report shows last month’s rating, not what happened yesterday.
- Your brand is invisible: the client sees Google’s interface, not your work.
How agencies solve review management today
| Option | What you get | What it costs you |
|---|---|---|
| Manual work in each platform | Full control, zero tooling | Account manager hours every month. No alerts. No history. |
| White label reputation management platform | A ready-made dashboard with your logo | Pricing is usually quote-only and tied to a sales call. You rent their interface and their roadmap. |
| Build directly on each official API | Your own product, your own margins | A separate access process per platform. Google Business Profile API access requires an application and a profile verified and active for 60+ days (Google prerequisites). |
| Prisma | One API for every platform, your brand on top | Published plans by connected locations. First 2 free. |
The platforms in row two are a fair choice if you want a finished dashboard and have no developers. If you want to own the interface, the client relationship and the margin, you need an API, not another login. Compare the trade-offs on our Birdeye alternative page.
How white label review management works with Prisma
The architecture is short: each client authorizes their own profiles, Prisma keeps the tokens and syncs the reviews, and your backend reads them through one API key and receives webhooks. Your dashboard, report and alerts sit on top.
1. Each client connects their profiles once
You create one connection per client and platform with POST /v1/connections. Put your own client id in metadata, so you always know which client a connection belongs to. For Google and Trustpilot, Prisma returns an authorization_url: send it to the client, they sign in with the account that owns the profile and approve access, and they land back on your redirect_url. No passwords in spreadsheets.
curl -X POST https://api.prismareviews.com/v1/connections \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PRISMA_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"platform": "google", "redirect_url": "https://app.youragency.com/clients/acme/connected", "metadata": {"client_id": "acme"}}'
# Returns a connection (con_...) with an authorization_url for your client.Prisma uses its own Google Cloud project, so neither you nor your clients need a project or an access application of your own. App Store, Google Play and Judge.me connect with credentials the client creates in their own console. Prisma only reads reviews of businesses your clients own or manage. It is not a scraper.
2. You read every client’s reviews in one format
GET /v1/locations lists every connected location with its connection_id, so you can map locations to clients through the connection’s metadata. Then filter reviews by location_id. Every review comes back in the same JSON, whatever the platform: id, platform, location_id, rating, title, text, author, language, created_at, reply, url. One parser for your dashboard, your report and your alerts.
curl "https://api.prismareviews.com/v1/reviews?location_id=loc_123&since=2026-10-01T00:00:00Z" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PRISMA_API_KEY"// Node.js 18+
const res = await fetch(
"https://api.prismareviews.com/v1/reviews?location_id=loc_123&since=2026-10-01T00:00:00Z",
{ headers: { Authorization: `Bearer ${process.env.PRISMA_API_KEY}` } }
);
const { data, next_cursor } = await res.json();# Python 3
import os, requests
r = requests.get(
"https://api.prismareviews.com/v1/reviews",
params={"location_id": "loc_123", "since": "2026-10-01T00:00:00Z"},
headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['PRISMA_API_KEY']}"},
)
reviews = r.json()["data"]There are no sub-accounts or per-client API keys yet: one workspace holds all your clients, and the metadata you set is how you keep them apart.
3. Your team replies from your own interface
Account managers write replies in your dashboard and you post them with POST /v1/reviews/{id}/reply. On Google, Trustpilot, the App Store, Google Play and Judge.me the reply is published through the platform’s official API and appears under the client’s business name. Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yotpo, REVIEWS.io and G2 have no reply API for third parties: Prisma reads those reviews, the reply call returns 422 reply_not_supported, and each review’s url takes the client to the place to answer it on the platform. See how to reply to Google reviews through the API.
4. Alerts and reports run without anyone logging in
Subscribe to the review.created webhook and route 1- and 2-star reviews to the right account manager. reply.published and reply.failed tell you what happened to each reply, and connection.updated warns you when a client’s access needs to be renewed. Pull the month’s reviews on the 1st and build the report automatically.
Built by a team that manages reviews for clients
Prisma is built by Sopa Lab SL in Madrid. Sopa builds review tools for its own clients, and Prisma is the API it built to stop doing the same integration work for every one of them. We are not going to quote invented numbers: Prisma is new, and you can test it yourself: create a free account and use your test key and 2 free locations.
Pricing at agency scale
Plans are fixed by the number of connected locations across all your clients. One location is a Google location, an app in one store, a Trustpilot business unit or a listing on another platform.
| Your portfolio | Plan | Monthly price | Billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 2 locations (test) | Spark | Free | Free |
| Up to 50 locations | Spectrum | €149 | €119 a month |
| Up to 200 locations | Aurora | €499 | €399 a month |
| More than 200 | Custom | Contact us | Contact us |
Spark covers Google, App Store, Google Play, Judge.me and Trustpilot. Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yotpo, REVIEWS.io and G2 start at Beam (€49 a month, 10 locations). You set your own retail price to clients. Prisma never contacts your clients. Full details on pricing.
What Prisma is not
Prisma has no end-user dashboard. It is the API under your dashboard. If you want a finished interface with your logo and no development work, a white label reputation platform is the faster route. If you have a developer, or work with one, Prisma gives you the data without renting someone else’s product. Brands that run their own locations should see multi-location brands or Google review management. Before you connect client data, read about security and data handling.
FAQ
What is white label review management?
It is a review monitoring and reply service sold under your agency’s brand. The client sees your dashboard or report, not the software underneath. With Prisma you build that layer yourself on top of one API.
Do my clients see Prisma anywhere?
Only when they connect. The platform’s own consent screen names the app that asks for access, which is Prisma’s. Reports, dashboards and alerts are yours, and white-label consent screens are not available.
Which platforms can I manage for clients?
Google Business Profile, Trustpilot (beta), App Store, Google Play and Judge.me, with replies published through each platform’s official API. Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yotpo, REVIEWS.io and G2 are in beta and read only, from the Beam plan: each review includes a link to answer it on the platform.
Can I read reviews of a client’s competitors?
No. Prisma only reads reviews for businesses and apps your clients own or manage and have connected themselves. It is not a scraper.
Do I need my own Google Business Profile API access?
No. Prisma uses its own Google Cloud project, so you don’t need a project or an access application of your own. Your clients authorize access with the Google account that owns their profiles.
How do I keep clients apart in one account?
Create one connection per client and platform and store your client id in the connection metadata. Locations carry their connection id, and you filter reviews by location. Sub-accounts and per-client keys are not available yet.
What happens when a client leaves my agency?
You delete their connections with DELETE /v1/connections/{id}. Prisma deletes the tokens immediately and the review data 30 days later, and those locations stop counting toward your plan.
