Why Prisma instead of integrating REVIEWS.io yourself

With Prisma

  • One API key for every platform
  • One JSON format: rating, text, author, reply, url
  • Signed webhooks for new reviews and replies
  • History kept from the day you connect
  • Test keys with sample data before going live

REVIEWS.io on your own

  • API access only on REVIEWS.io’s Plus plan
  • Store, product and question entries mixed in one feed
  • No reply endpoint
  • Two base URLs depending on the account region

      -H "Authorization: Bearer $PRISMA_API_KEY"
