Which plan do I need?
Count every place or app you connect on every platform. That number is your plan. Then pick a bigger plan only if you need reviews faster, more history or more team members.
| Who | What they connect | Counts as | Plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| An app | App Store + Google Play | 2 | Spark |
| A restaurant group | 3 restaurants on Google and Tripadvisor | 6 | Beam |
| An agency | 35 clients on Google | 35 | Spectrum |
| A SaaS product | 150 customers connect their Google profile | 150 | Aurora |
| A hotel chain | 120 hotels on Google, Booking.com and Tripadvisor | 360 | Custom |
No usage bills
You pay for locations, not for traffic. Reviews, replies, webhooks and API calls are not metered. If a client sends far more requests than its rate limit, we answer with HTTP 429 and a Retry-After header instead of billing it.
Prisma vs building it yourself
The official APIs of Google Business Profile, the App Store and Google Play don't charge per call. The cost is engineering time and waiting.
| Build it yourself | Prisma | |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile API access | Apply to Google; quota stays at 0 until approved | Handled by Prisma |
| Integrations | One per platform, each with its own auth and data format | One |
| Google Play | Only the last week of reviews, so you must poll and store them yourself | Stored and normalized for you |
| Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com | No owner API; you need your own data provider | Included from Beam, read only |
| Maintenance | API versions, token refresh, quotas, queues | Included |
Prisma vs review management suites
Birdeye, Podium and Yext don't publish prices: they ask you to contact sales for a quote (checked October 2026). They also sell much more than an API: dashboards, review requests, messaging and support teams. If you need that full suite, they are a good fit.
If you need review data and replies inside your own product, Prisma gives you a public price and an API you can try for free.
Billing FAQ
What counts as a connected location?
One source of reviews linked to Prisma: one Google Business Profile location, one app in one store, one Trustpilot business unit, or one listing on Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yelp or any other platform. A restaurant on Google and Tripadvisor counts as 2.
How fast do new reviews arrive?
Google tells us about new reviews in real time on every plan. Platforms without notifications are checked on a schedule: the app stores every hour or every 15 minutes, and Yelp, Tripadvisor and Booking.com every 6 hours on Beam, every hour on Spectrum and every 30 minutes on Aurora.
What does queue priority mean?
Syncs and replies from every customer go through queues. Priority plans are processed first, so at busy times their reviews arrive and their replies are published sooner.
Does Prisma write replies with AI?
No. Prisma only connects the APIs: it reads your reviews and publishes the reply you send, written by you, your team, your software or your own AI. On Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yotpo, REVIEWS.io and G2, which have no reply API for third parties, Prisma is read only and each review includes a link to answer it on the platform.
Why does Spark only include some platforms?
Google, the App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot and Judge.me have official APIs. Yelp, Tripadvisor and Booking.com need paid data sources on our side, so they start with Beam.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. We email you and move you to the next plan from your next billing period. You are never charged per review, per reply or per API call.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. Self-serve billing is on its way; until then, write to hello@prismareviews.com from your account email. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing period.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Pay yearly and save 20%.
Do early customers keep their price?
Yes. Customers who start a paid plan before self-serve billing launches keep their price for 12 months, even if list prices go up.
Which currency and taxes apply?
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Prisma is billed by a Spanish company, so VAT follows EU rules; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
Is this the same as Google Places API pricing?
No. Places API is a separate Google product that bills per request for public data and returns at most 5 reviews per place. Prisma works with the official APIs for the locations and apps you own, at a fixed monthly price.
