Three steps to Yotpo reviews in your product

Connect

The store gives Prisma its Yotpo Store ID and API secret. The Store ID and API secret are in Yotpo’s store settings; only the account admin can see the secret.

Read only for now: Yotpo only allows replies through its partner API. Every review includes a link to answer it on the platform, so the team answers it in Yotpo.

How do my customers connect Yotpo?

The store gives Prisma its Yotpo Store ID and API secret.

What happens if I send a reply to a Yotpo review?

No. Yotpo doesn't let third parties publish replies through an API, so Prisma is read only there: POST /v1/reviews/{id}/reply returns 422 reply_not_supported. Every review includes url, a link to answer it in Yotpo.
