Reviewflowz alternative for developers

Reviewflowz is review management software: a dashboard, AI reply agent, review invitations and integrations with Slack, Teams and Zendesk, priced per location, with its API on the Premium plans. Prisma is the API-first alternative: no dashboard to pay for, an API on every plan including the free one, and a flat price for a block of locations. 10 locations cost €49 a month on Prisma. On Reviewflowz Location Premium, at $70 per location, they cost about $700.

Software with an API vs an API

If your team wants a ready-made inbox, Reviewflowz is the shorter path. If your product is the inbox, Prisma is.

The price difference at scale

Per-location pricing grows in a straight line. Prisma’s plans are blocks:

LocationsReviewflowz Location Premium ($70 each)Prisma
2$140/monthFree
10$700/month€49/month
50$3,500/month€149/month
200$14,000/month€499/month

Reviewflowz quotes Enterprise and API-only plans on request, so large accounts may pay less than list price. Prisma’s pricing is public up to 200 locations, with 20% off yearly.

Where Reviewflowz wins

Be fair to it: Reviewflowz covers far more sources, especially tour operators (Viator, GetYourGuide) and booking systems, tracks competitors, sends review invitations by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and has an AI agent plus Slack, Teams and Zendesk apps. If you need any of those out of the box, it’s a strong product.

When to choose Prisma

Choose Prisma if you are building reviews into your own software, manage many client locations and need a price per block rather than per location, want to start free with no trial clock, or only need reviews of profiles you own. See Prisma for agencies and Prisma for SaaS.

FAQ

How much does Reviewflowz cost?

Reviewflowz lists Location Pro at $45 per location a month without API access, and Location Premium at $70 per location a month with the API. There is a 14-day trial and no free plan.

Is the Reviewflowz API on every plan?

No. Reviewflowz’s pricing page leaves the API out of Location Pro; it comes with the Premium plans. Every Prisma plan, including the free one, is the API.

Can Reviewflowz monitor competitors?

Yes, Reviewflowz says it can return any public profile, yours or a competitor’s. Prisma only works with businesses you own or manage.

Which platforms can Prisma reply to directly?

Google Business Profile, the App Store, Google Play, Judge.me and Trustpilot (beta). Yelp, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yotpo, REVIEWS.io and G2 are read only: they have no reply API for third parties, so each review includes a link to answer it on the platform.
