Salesforce AppExchange reviews API
Read and reply to Salesforce AppExchange reviews with the same API you use for every other platform. Every review of the listing: overall stars, title, comments, reviewer and date.
Read only Beta
Salesforce AppExchange reviews can be read through Prisma’s REST API: one API key, the same JSON fields as every other platform (rating, text, author, date, reply, url) and a webhook for each new review. Salesforce AppExchange doesn’t let third parties reply by API, so each review carries a link to answer it on the platform.
