E-commerce reviews API: Judge.me, Yotpo, Trustpilot, Trusted Shops, Loox and 15 more

Prisma is a e-commerce reviews API: one REST API that reads the reviews of the online stores you own or manage, from every platform that matters to them, in one JSON shape, with a signed webhook on every new review. Built for brands with several storefronts, marketplace sellers, e-commerce agencies and the tools (helpdesks, CRMs, analytics) that want product reviews as data.

Why online stores need an API, not six integrations

Prisma measured all of this when it integrated the platforms; the per-platform rules are in the State of Review Platform APIs 2026.

Replies go out by API on Judge.me, Trusted Shops, eKomi, Junip, Fera, WooCommerce, Wix, Shopware, eBay. Trustpilot, Google Business Profile will join as soon as each platform approves Prisma’s access. Everywhere else the review comes with its URL and you answer on the platform.

What teams build with it

  1. One product-review feed across every storefront and review app, keyed by product and SKU where the platform gives it.
  2. Replies to store reviews published by API on Judge.me, Trusted Shops, eKomi, WooCommerce, Wix, eBay, Junip, Fera and Shopware (Trustpilot once it approves Prisma’s access).
  3. Review data in your warehouse or helpdesk, with a webhook per new review instead of polling six APIs.

One call, every platform

cURL
curl "https://api.prismareviews.com/v1/reviews?platform=judge_me&has_reply=false&since=2026-10-01" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $PRISMA_API_KEY"

Every review comes back with the same fields whatever the platform: id, platform, location_id, rating (always out of 5), title, text, author, language, created_at, reply and url. This call lists the Judge.me reviews since 1 October that nobody has answered yet; drop the platform filter and you get every platform in one list, newest first. Register a webhook with POST /v1/webhooks to receive review.created the moment a new one is synced; the webhooks reference has the payload and the signature check.

FAQ

Which e-commerce review platforms let me reply by API?

Judge.me (create only, no edits), Trusted Shops, eKomi (shop reviews), WooCommerce, Wix, Junip, Fera, Shopware and eBay today; Trustpilot once it approves Prisma’s access. Yotpo, Loox, Okendo, REVIEWS.io, Feefo, Shopper Approved, Klaviyo, BigCommerce and Ecwid are read-only, and Etsy has no owner API.

Do I need a paid plan on the review app?

For some: REVIEWS.io needs the Plus plan, Loox the Convert or Unlimited plan, to issue API keys. Judge.me, Yotpo, Okendo, Feefo, Trusted Shops and eKomi give credentials on their standard plans.

Can I get Amazon reviews?

Not through Prisma today: Amazon’s Selling Partner API returns seller feedback, not product reviews, and product reviews have no owner API. See the Amazon seller feedback page for what exists.
