Restaurant reviews API: Google, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, Yelp, DoorDash and Deliveroo

Prisma is a restaurant reviews API: one REST API that reads the reviews of the restaurants you own or manage, from every platform that matters to them, in one JSON shape, with a signed webhook on every new review. Built for restaurant groups, POS and reservation software, delivery-focused brands and hospitality agencies.

Why restaurants need an API, not six integrations

Prisma measured all of this when it integrated the platforms; the per-platform rules are in the State of Review Platform APIs 2026.

Google Business Profile will join as soon as each platform approves Prisma’s access. Everywhere else the review comes with its URL and you answer on the platform.

What teams build with it

  1. One review feed per restaurant and per group, from dine-in and delivery platforms alike.
  2. A Slack or WhatsApp alert when a 1- or 2-star review lands anywhere, routed to the restaurant manager.
  3. A reply queue: drafts written by your team or your AI, published on Google through the official API once a human approves.

One call, every platform

cURL
curl "https://api.prismareviews.com/v1/reviews?platform=tripadvisor&has_reply=false&since=2026-10-01" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $PRISMA_API_KEY"

Every review comes back with the same fields whatever the platform: id, platform, location_id, rating (always out of 5), title, text, author, language, created_at, reply and url. This call lists the Google Business Profile reviews since 1 October that nobody has answered yet; drop the platform filter and you get every platform in one list, newest first. Register a webhook with POST /v1/webhooks to receive review.created the moment a new one is synced; the webhooks reference has the payload and the signature check.

FAQ

Which restaurant review platforms let me reply by API?

Of the platforms restaurants care about, only Google Business Profile allows replies through an official API (Prisma publishes them once Google approves its access). Tripadvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, Facebook, DoorDash and Deliveroo have no reply API, so Prisma returns the review URL and you answer on the platform.

Does the Yelp API return all my reviews?

No, it returns up to 3 excerpts per business. Prisma reads the full public reviews of restaurants you own from the Yelp page instead, read-only, within Yelp’s display terms.

Can I get delivery-app reviews?

Yes: the reviews DoorDash and Deliveroo show on your store and menu pages come back in the same JSON as Google and Tripadvisor, so delivery ratings sit next to dine-in ratings.

Every review of every restaurant, one JSON.
