Zembra alternative: an owner-access reviews API with replies and a public price

Zembra and Prisma are both reviews APIs sold to software companies, and both deliver by webhook. They solve different halves of the problem. Zembra finds a business on 125+ public review sites from its name and address and streams what those pages show, by credits, with no owner involved. Prisma connects to the platforms as the business, through official APIs where they exist, returns the full set with replies, and can post replies. Facts below come from Zembra’s site in October 2026; its per-credit prices aren’t published, so check with them.

Where Zembra is the better choice

Where Prisma is the better choice

The honest caveat on both sides

Owner access depends on the platforms: Google and Trustpilot still have to approve Prisma’s integration before replies and full feeds work there (status); until then Google reviews come from the Maps listing, read-only. Public-data collection depends on what pages show and on the platforms tolerating it; Zembra’s 30-day update window after a delivery is the model’s natural limit. If you need both, they combine: Zembra for the market, Prisma for your own locations.

FAQ

How does Zembra pricing work?

By prepaid credits, with 10,000 free credits on sign-up and no payment details required, a 2,000-credit overage allowance and refunds within 14 days for unused credits, per Zembra’s site in October 2026. There is no published per-review rate card; larger volumes are quoted.

Can Zembra reply to reviews?

No reply feature appears on Zembra’s site; its updates include existing replies and deletions as data. Prisma publishes replies through each platform’s official API where it allows them.

Which has more platforms, Zembra or Prisma?

Zembra lists 125+ platforms, including car dealers, employers, healthcare and wedding sites, all read as public data. Prisma covers 58 platforms with owner access and reply support on 15 (13 live today, Google and Trustpilot pending approval); it doesn’t aim at every review site, only the ones a business can manage.
